“What a wonderful, historic hotel ! It’s right in downtown Leadville. The staff was so nice, the room and bed were super comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Two things to be aware of. There are some very steep stairs ans no rooms on the first floor and no elevator. It’s a historic old hotel so not a surprise, just if you have trouble navigating stairs, it’s something to take into consideration. Also no A/C. Not really an issue with our stay last night, but in summer again something……

“I was surprised by how clean and well furnished the home was, as well as it's very remote location. The access road is quite bumpy, so drive with caution. It takes you all the way up the mountain, amidst the snowcapped mosquito range and several 14ers including the legendary Quandary Peak and Mount Democrat. “First of all our dates were 1/01/2025 thru 1/04/2025 and not what it states above. Overall we had a really great time staying at this property. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen as a family and enjoyed that we were all able to eat together, because of the large dining room table and large island. We would have liked to have a few more cooking items such as a crockpot and baking pans. The downstairs bedrooms did not have trash cans. ”

“Great condo close to dog park and river to run our dog. Very clean. All amenities you would ever need. Quiet area with some full timers that were very friendly. Highly recommend this vrbo. “The views from the house were just beautiful! The house was large and had lots of space. The highlight for us, particularly our son, was the number of games they had, and the pool and fooseball tables. The house felt remote but was close to town. We had a great stay.
