“The room was clean, cozy and everything we needed and more. The hosts left a really thoughtful gift bag for our stay. Inside the gift bag was lotion, chapstick, mouthwash, sunscreen and snacks. The thought put into the gift bag and the room was more than we were expecting, and it warmed our hearts. We would definitely go back and stay here. The kitchen was decently stocked, but lacking a kettle. I ended up boiling water in the microwave to make coffee using the French press. The front patio was nice to have. “Tinyhouse was as described physically. Instructions for check in / check out were simple. The mattresses were somewhat thin and there were no extra blankets to be found. The wifi was pretty much unusable. We also only had one roll of toilet paper for 2 people staying 5 days. It seemed the space could be used more efficiently. But it did well enough to sleep in. Leadville is a cute little town ”

“This is the perfect stay for a couple planning to hit the outdoors during the day. Comfortable room and bathroom with great amenities. The owner stocked the room with items which was very nice.
