“What didn’t I love about the Flats? Besides the aesthetic, cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, the magnificently comfortable King bed with cloud like sheets, the cold bottled water in the fridge, the selection of teas and coffees, timely communication, and easy check in/out, it might be safe, easy street parking or the beautiful building on a tree lined street and 1 block walk to a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store. There’s so much to love! This will be my go to every time……

“La estancia me pareció muy buena, no es hotel, es un departamento y por lo tanto funciona diferente, no hay limpieza diaria de las habitaciones, aunque mi solicitud de sábanas extras y almohadas me las resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta muy cerca de el centro, puedes caminar aunque para conocer Denver necesitas auto. El departamento es muy amplio, es la razón por la que decidí alojarme ahí. Las almohadas hay que cambiarlas, tenían manchas, no lo note por la cubre almohadas aunque el último día si……

“Very homey for being far from home!”

“Lots of bonuses with this place. Very secure! It's 1 block from the Metro so you can ride it from the airport. We did not because it was late in the evening. We were there for baseball at Coors Field. Easy walking distance. There is also a Whole Foods and CVS in the same block which was nice. We didn't do any cooking but it looked like everything we needed was there. Ice maker in the freezer was nice. We did not use the parking garage. Everything was very clean and quiet. I didn't……

“Property is just as described. The rocking chair is a nice touch. Negatives: Parties on site, just across the parking lot, are loud and late Towels were musty, like they had been left in the washer too long Positives: Close parking, close to grocery and gas option, no physical key required”
