“This is one of the most unique and incredible places to stay in Colorado Springs. If you need lodging in the area, you must stay here at least once. “AWESOME place for a Mid-May visit. Cozy, clean, quaint, close to everything! I love a true old fashioned lodge vibe and Ponderosa Lodge had it. While our room overlooked the road, the sound of the river provided peaceful white noise to cover any traffic noise. Bonus: we saw elk right outside our balcony by the river as soon as we got to our room. I hope to be back to the area after people season wraps up and I will definitely choose Ponderosa Lodge again. ”
