“The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had lots of water pressure in the shower. The property was great with the exception of the breakfast. We were told that full breakfast was included, which is amazing…….. Until we’re there, toaster wasn’t working. Staff told us, it has been broken for months but they have to keep it on the counter because they won an award for best hotel and they need it for the esthetic, they have to have it on the counter even if it’s broken. We find that……

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice open atmosphere in the lobby. Facilities and room were very clean and the staff was constantly making sure the shared spaces were clean and welcoming. ”

“Everything was clean and reception staff was cery friendly. The room had a musky smell to it but was very clean. Only complaint i had was that our check out was 11 am but houskeeping came by banging on the door at 915 to clean the room. Made no sense to me if check out was 11am. ”
