“The staff was professional but with a personal touch. Very accommodating and helpful. I had ordered an Uber to take me to the airport in the morning, and I was told you now have Shuttle Service , so I canceled the Uber. Driver was very helpful. Great addition to your many services. “It was a nice treat to find a room in a renovated Southern Vermont hotel. Brattleboro has not had an easy time, and it has a marvelous past concealed by a slightly downscale present. The hotel, the room, the management-all great!!”
