“The house is well appointed and clean. The pool is especially nice. We had two small concerns that were quickly addressed by management.The nesting owls were a welcome surprise!”

“I have rented numerous houses over the last 20 years and this house is easily my favorite. The view was OUTSTANDING. I could see water from darn near every room that I was in. The owners thought of everything from plastic dishes (I have a 9 year old), window/door coverings for complete privacy at night, AC in the garage converted into a game room (which is rare to find), numerous pool toys, and so much more. There were 6 of us and we had PLENTY of room. I really enjoyed just sitting in the……

“We enjoyed our stay at the endless Sumer retreat, really made the most of the patio with my family. The outside table was perfect to play cards at night, the jacuzzi was relaxing and invigorating and our bulldog loved the yard. ”

It's located on a freshwater canal which can be fished for bass (largemouth and peacock) and gar.The house has a great layout both for group activities and finding a quite place for yourself if you need.Pool is large and clean with a hot tub that heats quickly for an evening dip.The only concern was that there were ghost ants in a couple of rooms but the property manager replied immediately -……
