“Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting with are daughter at FGCU. Went to Sanibel Island during our stay and had a great time. Upon arriving the pool was dirty and the property owner was very friendly, responsive, and very apologetic. He got a pool cleaner out the very next day for us. Very pleased.”

“The house is very spacious, nice kitchen area and TV viewing. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and the stairs might be challenging for some. The master bedroom was very spacious including a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and tub. Very nice. It also has a screened in balcony with comfortable seating. We really loved the pool and spa. The neighborhood is nice for morning walks, including seeing several burrowing owls in the area. Fins is a fun local bar within walking distance that features……

“Had a very quiet and relaxing time at this home. The pool was great! Location within an hour of lots of different places to explore. Had everything we needed at the house. Owner checked to make sure all was good and see if we had any questions. Will rent again when in the area!”

“Quite neighborhood, amazing accomodations! Had absolutely everything we needed. All the extras were so much appreciated. Kitchen stocked with everything, including baking supplies. Offered a variety of seasonings for cooking and condiments, and even had cold bottled water stocked ready to drink. Super comfortable beds with extra blankets and pillows if needed. Plenty of towels and extra toiletries if needed. Clean and comfortable home. Pool was well maintained and offered pool toys for……

We loved being able to use the pool to cool off and the hot tub was also a great addition. Ingrid was so great to communicate with and she made sure to check in if we had questions. I would recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing stay! It checked off all the boxes you want for an amazing stay.”
