“I have a some concerns with this property. First off the home was very clean and beautiful and the pool area was just as pretty as the pictures. I felt very uncomfortable the entire stay though. Nothing was listed in the agreement that we would have to do a in person introduction with the home manager. I have booked through VRBO for years and have never experienced this. It was very inconvenient due to the fact it was the next day and we couldn't really plan anything because we had to wait on……

“This house is on a nice quiet dead end street so not a ton of traffic. The house is very close to all you need to enjoy Cape Coral. They have bikes you can use, walk, or rent a street legal golf cart like we did. The hot tub is a bonus as not all rentals have the luxury of having one. Maggie’s our host is extremely responsive and will get you what you need to make your stay to make it enjoyable: We didn’t get time in the pool, but they do have pool toys for you to use which is a bonus. “Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful and house is laid out well for multiple places to hang out. Kitchen is a little outdated, and some of the check-out instructions (washing towels, stripping sheets, emptying garbage cans, and washing dishes) feel "extra" considering the cleaning fee we paid. If the owner's boat is docked, it really blocks the view and hinders fishing off the dock. When we were there the boat was gone for all but the last day, and the sunsets viewed……

“Cute house and good for entertaining. It was just my hubby and i and our 4 yo. The two large bedrooms were nice but the bunk room was a retrofitted garage and not somewhere I would have felt comfortable having children stay in. Pool and hot tub were great. Outside shower did not work but didn't call owner because it wasn't a big deal for us. Only one inside bathroom that needs updated. I felt it was clean and Im usually pretty picky. If we are ever in cape coral, would stay again. Thank you ”

“If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Cape Coral area, please stay here! The house was an oasis away from home with everything we needed for our 7yr old to stay busy, as well as cook meals and enjoy some family down time. The kitchen literally has everything you need to cook about anything you want. The pool was amazing with an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a beach day. Also, the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, we felt like it was a home away from home! Jessica……
