“We absolutely had the best vacation at this beautiful home. The hosts Jerry and Ingrid were 10/10 amazing. The pool -the hot tub-the views..all stunning. The bed was super comfy..and the house was so clean. We will definitely return lovely area and neighborhood also. Super private and just an overall outstanding time. Would recommend this 100% to any and everyone! ”

“We had a great time! The pool, jacuzzi and overall vibes in the back were so fun! Loved the bonfire pit! Host is super responsive and helpful! ”

“House was great. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook in. Very quiet and laid back which we loved. Highlight of the stay was renting the tritoon. We had 3 great days of exploring Sanibel, Captiva Island, and Cabbage Key. We even had dolphins swim up to the tritoon! Great time. Host and Management Team were very responsive.”

“We stayed for 8 nights. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We used the 3 nice bicycles, paddle board, beach umbrella and sand toys that were provided. We had smallChildren so the washer and dryer wasgreat! Maintenance man was very responsive when we had questions about the hot tub equipment etc. ”

“The property could use some updates such as the air-conditioning wouldn't cool much in the front two bedrooms and only a little better in the family room. The microwave works but only with limited options as a few buttons would not work, the fridge leaks occasionally on the floor and a few vertical blinds are broken. Also, the front two bedrooms have no blinds on the arched windows and that made it extremely difficult sleep once the sun came up. The water pressure was inconsistent at best with……

“It’s a great location. Super safe. The pool is great and my 4 year old granddaughter was in it for hours every day. It being heated saved the day on colder days with bad weather and everyone swam all day. The only thing to know is its third bedroom is a garage with three beds in it along with the washer and dryer and other supplies ”
