“We loved this place. It's cute, waterfront, secluded, with access to the Peace River. We were so happy there, we asked to stay an extra couple days. It would have been nice if the owner had not charged us a double cleaning fee, when the place was not cleaned twice. Owner did not respond to our attempts to reach him about this. Shady rental, overall.”

“Aimee and Kristy were both amazing. Although the reasons I had to go to Florida were unfortunate, they were great to deal with. Even left me a card consoling me for my loss. The pool was great, heated, and lit up at night. I would stay there again anytime I would go back to the area. Very helpful on places to go and things to do. I very much appreciate your kindness while staying there.”

“We had a group of 5 stay in the house for 6 nights. Every need we had- from docking a boat to cooking and hanging out together- was met. The place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and having what we needed. Unlike some rentals, this was a well-stocked home including coolers, floats, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only thing we lacked for was a giant stockpot for our shrimp boil. We just used a couple medium pots. The home was clean and even smelled……

“Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house.”

Anytime I communicated with the owner he responded within minutes. Asked to check in early because we arrived a little earlier than expected was no issue. ”
