“The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath.……

“The Salty Mermaid is a great place to stay on Little Gasparilla! It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and sheets. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a lot of towels in the house, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer included. There is a dining room with a table that seats 6 people. The couch / TV room is comfy and spacy. The TV appears to be 70……

“We loved staying at the flamingo house. It was just what we needed. We were able to fish off the dock, off the beach and find tons of shark teeth. The beach was pretty empty in the evening which was really nice for sunset walks. And the hosts were very responsive and had all the small touches you might need when traveling. In ”

“All of the vents had mold in them. This property should not be able to be rented in this condition. There were other issues noted, silverfish and small bugs in the bathroom/closet, dirty rugs and pool deck. The owner did send a cleaner to address dirty floors”

“The cabin was cozy & the location was great. We loved the view from the living room & deck. The hot tub was a huge plus. The kitchen had most everything we needed & the grill worked well. The screen door needs some work as flies got in very easily. The windows need some work as well because their seals aren't good. A couple of them didn't stay open well & we had to prop them open. The shower worked great & the fluffy towels were wonderful. The bed was comfortable. I liked the way the linen could……
