“The property was very tidy and clean, accuracy of the listing was refreshing for a change and everything worked as it should! We had so much fun hanging outside by the pool, in the hot tub and just all around absolutely enjoyed this property ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The open floor plan was so nice and the inside of the house was very spacious. The kids really enjoyed the foosball table and pool. The beds were also very comfortable. We really had everything we could need. The only 2things that could have made it better would be dressers in the bedrooms and hooks outside to hang wet towels and swim suits. We would definitely stay here again!”

We had a 4 month old that the pool area had plenty of shade for and the 6 adults staying all have plenty of room and all agreed this property booking was a great choice. ”

“The home exceeded our expectations in many respects as it was the perfect place for my husband and I, and our two teenagers to take the family vacation we’ve been waiting years to go on. It has one of the largest pools of any rentals I saw on VRBO and the two “wings” of the house gave both us and our teens ample privacy. It was beautiful and spacious and we spent much time enjoying the house. Not to mention the great location. The owner was great to deal with too. You won’t regret booking……

“A rare 2 story spacious home. Was a great place for a family vacation. In the middle of Englewood, Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. Glad we booked hear for sure. ”

“The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath.……

Relaxing in the warm pool and overall cleanliness of the house was easy to keep maintained clean upon departure. ”
