“Excellent villa and super host who was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. Had a really good time and would recommend this villa. Minor issues were that curtains in bedrooms were a little thin and let the early morning light in, also pool pump (or something close to it) kicked in at 4am for about an hour. ”

“The Pros: This property had an amazing waterfront view along with the screened lanai and pool! We enjoyed the beautiful pool and basking in the sun. It was nicely decorated and furniture was comfortable. This was very clean and the location of being close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping was great. The Cons: There were a couple of maintenance issues that needed attention like one of the bay windows was slightly cracked open and would not close as the handle was broken. The two……

“Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. The heated pool was perfect for us northerners. We had all the comforts of home. Vicky, our host, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our requests and issues in a timely manner. “The property is in a very quiet area with few neighbors. The home is as good if not better than the pictures and very clean. Owner's local contact is super-responsive. We spent many mornings on the pool deck sipping mimosas and watching the sunrise over the canal. Peaceful, relaxing, and a short distance to town for shopping. A half hour to Venice and gulf beaches. ”

“Lovely, clean and quiet little place in a nice neighborhood. Pool is perfect size and property is verywell kept. Not too far from shopping and very good restaurants. Not too touristy or commercial. Great relaxing vacation. Manager is friendly and easy to commicate with. Answers quickly. Reccomend!”
