“We stayed in a lovely, small condo on the second floor. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. My daughter even said the couch was more comfortable than her own bed at home! I booked this place last minute, for five nights, and got a quick response from Janet the property manager. She was fantastic, and answered every question I had with ease. “We recently stayed at this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Punta Gorda last week. It was a nice convenient condo that seemingly served our purposes well. The property manager seemed helpful and we got in with no issues. Midway through our stay one of us tried to turn on the shower and the knob came off…… we didn’t think much of it and we simply used the other shower the remainder of the trip. Upon leaving we told the owner what had happened . Two days later we received a bill for 260 dollars saying……

“We only stayed for a couple of nights, but loved the apartment and location. Clean, newly renovated post hurricanes (fall 2024), we had everything we needed. Even though this apartment is on the lower level of a larger house where the owner resides, it is very private, easy entrance. Evan was amazing, super responsive host! “Loved this studio! It is cozy and has everything and more needed for the stay. Clean, recently updated, private. Never heard a sound. Location is great for Venice. Two people can stay here but it seemed better for one. Laurie was a gracious host and provided all that was needed. Great with communication. I’ll definitely be back when I come back to Venice.
