“House was located in a good spot between South Cape Coral and Port Charolette for our house hunting. The owner is very response and takes care of any issue that may arise. The handy man Lee is awesome and made sure everything was in working order. He even gave us advice on dinning options.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The open floor plan was so nice and the inside of the house was very spacious. The kids really enjoyed the foosball table and pool. The beds were also very comfortable. We really had everything we could need. The only 2things that could have made it better would be dressers in the bedrooms and hooks outside to hang wet towels and swim suits. We would definitely stay here again!”

We had a 4 month old that the pool area had plenty of shade for and the 6 adults staying all have plenty of room and all agreed this property booking was a great choice. ”

“The home exceeded our expectations in many respects as it was the perfect place for my husband and I, and our two teenagers to take the family vacation we’ve been waiting years to go on. It has one of the largest pools of any rentals I saw on VRBO and the two “wings” of the house gave both us and our teens ample privacy. It was beautiful and spacious and we spent much time enjoying the house. Not to mention the great location. The owner was great to deal with too. You won’t regret booking……

The property is in a beautiful, safe community, making it perfect for all ages. We stayed with my sister’s family and our elderly parents (88 & 82), and everyone felt comfortable and at ease.
