“This studio was very clean and had all your basic needs covered (fresh towels/clean sheets and spotless utensils). It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has its own private entryway. You don’t have to worry about privacy here! The bed is very soft and comfortable. The kitchen has a decent size sink, an electric stove top and coffee/tea maker. “We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed……
