“We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed……

“We were in town for a tournament and the host was very responsive and accommodating. If we have that tourney again next year we will stay again! ”

“My 7yr old daughter and I stayed, and absolutely loved it! The host were so kind and helpful. The studio was super clean, and had all the essentials you would need for a chill beach vaca. We will def be back! ”

“Very nicely done for a small space. The retro fridge and appiances, very cute! Bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. I like to sleep with it dark and there was no way to shut off the lights behind the bathroom mirror. Overscented fragrance on arrival. It was extremely cold, but once I increased the temperature on the wall A/C unit, it shut off. I would have liked some kleenex but none available.”

“The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games. There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you for a nice weekend! ”
