“This property is an amazing concept. Beautifully decorated , clean and contemporary spaces. Common kitchen was really handy. Parking access is convenient and hotel is walking distance to all of downtown New Buffalo. Outdoor space looked lovely, but with snow on the ground not used by us. The common "living room" was a perfect place for a happy hour gathering or game watching.”

“WOW! Cannot say enough about this property besides our group will be returning. I came for a weekend away with 12 women and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and found everything we could have hoped for and more. The owner met us to show us around the HUGE property and made sure we had what we needed (wifi, thermostats, working the TVs, etc.). He even left a gift of local goodies and gave us great recs on nearby restaurants and hiking trails. After that personal touch, we all……

“We had an amazing stay at The Fourth Oak! We've stayed at several places in Three Oaks and this home was by far our favorite. Beautiful home, clean, great amenities, great communication with the host and easy check in & out. Can't beat the location and pet friendly was a huge plus for us. We will definitely book again!”

“Property was great. Excellent location. Very clean. Only issue we had in the house was the master bathroom hot water sink faucet did not work. Also, we had called Kelly on Saturday and left a message about wanting a late check-out but we never got a response from her. Likely to rent house again. ”

“Very nice home! We loved that there were trash bags, coffee & filters, and saran wrap/etc. for us. Chris greeted us when we got there and gave us a short tour of house and sauna/cold plunge. He was very available in case we had any questions/concerns. Nice area, very close to beach & Warren Dunes.”

“The view is amazing. A few things didn’t work such as the fire pit and grill. They did come service them the next day, however they still didn’t work. It was a minor issue. Overall we had a great experience. The best part was the baby deer walking up in the yard. ”
