“TV did not work at all in our room. The chair that was in our room was all torn up and had holes in it. Bed was super uncomfortable and nasty looking. I had to ask for extra sheets.”

“House was clean and overall nice. The only issue we had was the previous visitors trash was still in the outside trash bins and they didn’t get emptied. An animal turned the trash bins over in the middle of the night and had trash all over the driveway. Called the number and left message. No one ever returned the call. Had to clean the trash up myself. Was also told trash pickup was on Thursdays and it was actually on Monday, which worked out because we were able to get rid of the trash in the……

“Enjoyed our stay at Shavonne's in Venetian Bay Village! The home was nicely decorated, had everything we needed and she was always pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to visit again!”
