“Our rooms were clean and everything worked. We had a family "suite", it was a really good size and very well organized. Staff was indifferent. We didn't need customer service at any point so cant say if they were helpful or not (they never gretted or looked up when you passed, like i said indifferent) which is why i gave it 5 star. I can't complain about anything. The only complain is the area however that was my own fault for not researching ahead of time. That is not the hotels fault. It is a……
