“The property was clean and well priced. The standard room was smaller than the average hotel room. The front desk has limited hours. The vending machines only have candy bars and food snacks, no drinks which is inconvenient to have to drive to get. We were told we had to take all trash to a dumpster which I did not see in the listing and felt more like we were staying at an air bnb vs a hotel. Also had to call the front desk to tell them if we were checking out prior to 10 am. I would only stay……

“We had VERY noisy neighbours. However Jayshka at the Frontdesk went out of her way and to find us a replacement condo with an out of service unit next door. She is a STAR employee!! We enjoyed the rest of our stay, especially with the choice of 4 pools to choose from!!”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“My husband and I stayed at the Melia for ten nights. We were there for a medical procedure. The room was large and clean, we were able to make meals and enjoy fresh air on the balcony. The restaurant offered a delicious gluten free pizza which I enjoyed. My husband was able to begin his recovery at this hotel very comfortably and we enjoyed our stay despite the circumstances of our visit. We would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.”
