“我们被安排在电梯旁边的房间，整宿的电梯上下轰隆轰隆的声音让人无法入睡，找前台服务员被告知没有房间可以调换，我整宿只睡了不到三个小时，这是我最遭糕的一次住宿体验，这个酒店有这种情况，我认为是设施陈旧的表现，已被我列入黑名单了”

“Hotel was very clean and new. The room was very large and spotless beds were comfortable pillows were comfortable, coffee in the room with a Keurig and refrigerator. The weird thing was they did not have a rollaway bed which we requested for an unexpected but welcomed guest. Breakfast was average at best. Cold potatoes precooked eggs, room temperature lunch meat in place of the standard bacon, Canadian bacon or sausage. The pancakes we're good and saved the day.”

“We stayed and walked to Legoland. The hotel was clean and the property was immaculate. When we arrived, we were informed that the water would be shut off from 10-4 the next day. We would have appreciated a heads up prior to arriving. We felt a little rushed to leave as a result. Front desk staff was super friendly. The cafe workers gave us a bit of a hassle but made up for it with great service on the back end. ”

“The overall stay was good, but the elevator was down for 3 days and there was no offer of compensation.”
