Joseph at the water park was also so helpful and made our time at the pool way more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again solely based on the staff alone!”

“We were guests at the hotel for 2 nights. To our surprise, we received an upgrade to our reservation for a suite. Our upgrade turned out to be the Presidential/Jimmy Buffet Suite. Amazing!!! Not only was it HUGE and beautifully furnished, the suite was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. To enhance our stay, every single staff member was awesome. Every interaction was met with a friendly, eager to please attitude. Hated to leave. ”
