“We have stayed at Bahama Bay for three times now. The condo was not as up kept as we have had in prev years. We like the safety and gated community feel. It was somewhat quiet except we were by the tennis courts and tournaments started promptly at 8 every morning. May ask more questions for next visit.”

“Regal Palms is a very tranquil resort. The lazy river and pool area was amazing. The location was superb. It was just a 3 min walk to Publix and several restaurants. The resort itself has a great bar and grill and all the employees were very kind. The pond in the back was very entertaining. There were turtles and baby alligator in there. You could watch the fireworks from Disney off of the balcony. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10 for family vacation. ”

“This was supposed to be a 5 day stay, but the house was unacceptable. The couches were stained. The pillows on the bed had yellow stains. The blinds were torn. The shower was not clean. My daughter said there was blood on the sheets in the room she was in. I tried calling and emailing them to be put in another property of there's. I got an aswering service. We slept on our towels and throw blankets being we arrived at 2 am. The following morning I was told they don't have anything but if I……

“Plenty of space and comfort ”

“The location was very nice the house was awesome had everything we needed, but the customer service from Fairway Florida villas was not so good. The A/C did not reach the first floor room so most of the time it was hot in that room, the second floor bedroom had a leak thru the window so when it rained the water came thru leaving puddles of water in the room, the washer machine broke and could not get fixed in time I had to fight to get clean towels.”
