“No front desk staff. We had to keep washing our towels to have clean ones. Its very inconvenient to have to go across the highway to the main office everytime you need something. Probably just go back to hilton next time ”

“We stayed in this hotel for three days, we are all very satisfied, the room was large and spacious, I love the full size kitchen .and the hotel was clean and quiet. We all get a good night's sleep. The hotel is surrounded by outlet malls and supermarkets . Universal Studios, Disney and the airport are all within a 20-minute drive. It's very convenient. “Our reservations a suite got lost and Expedia called Shores of Panama and they gave us a large condo on the beach immediately and welcomed us in. Clean, nice personal. One complaint is the parking deck, it was not designed for southern big travel vehicles. Like full size trucks and SUV, but for foreign cars like the mini cooper, smart cars. Lol”

“Good location. Big complex so a little walk to beach and pools. Washer is super small and dryer took about 3 hours to dry a couple of things. Otherwise we loved it. Make sure to bring dishwasher pods and laundry pods and xtra trash bags if you don’t want to buy them. They provide small starter kit. ”
