“The pictures do not show how the rooms are in reality. It's a small house and they just put some pieces of wood to make the "walls" for the rooms, there is no space or privacy. Never specified the shared bathroom. They should be honest about what they offer.”

“Perfect place! The location is right where you want to be at. No problems whatsoever the staff Mrs. Verged and also Mrs. Denice was so friendly any questions I was able to call. “Location was excellent. 1 minute walk to Duval. We booked the loft apartment. Apt exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well decorated with beautiful hard wood floors. The grounds are very lush and tropical. There is a small pool too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Big plus is FREE parking. (rare in Key West).Highly recommend! We will definitely return.”

"Basically, I have never given any bad reviews to any hotel. I seriously suspect that the score of this hotel is fake. First, the room was not cleaned on the day of registration and I had to wait for half an hour. Then, when I came back at 8 o'clock that night, I couldn't enter the room because the room door was not charged and I had to wait for more than half an hour. The room smelled and the washing machine could not be used. I will never choose this hotel again."
