“Needed place to stay for 5 months before out-of-state move. Apartment would require 7 months plus furniture rental. This vrbo was a great alternative, in a quiet safe neighborhood, centrally located...reasonably close to Normandy, Riverside, and just 20 min drive to work (airport). VRBO host a nice guy who immediately took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Would recommend. ”

“Such a great apartment for 1 or 2 people; great location! The blinds in the bedroom were a little tricky to operate, but that was our only issue. Thanks for a great place to stay in Avondale!”

“We were in town to visit family and the guesthouse is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Very clean with all you need for a weekend getaway. It’s close to the all the areas and places we wanted to visit just outside of downtown Jacksonville.
