“We've fallen even harder for this condo, building, and island! The view is so captivating, the two rainy days were still beautiful. During our two-week stay, we enjoyed the beach, A. L. Lewis Museum, Burney Park, and the bike path. Will rebook for next year. ”

“The house was a little old and had a funny smell. The grass was in desperate need of cutting. There were people above us that you could hear walking around and I was by myself part of the time, so it was kind of creepy. But overall, it served the purpose. It was close to the beach (walking distance) and had good parking for two cars.If I had any questions, the host responded quickly. ”

“The condo is in great proximity to the beach. The walk was doable with two small kids and despite crossing a busy road, it never felt difficult or unsafe.The condo itself is a little outdated and felt dirty or not maintained. Some examples include one toilet if you didn’t pay attention, would keep running, the carpet seemed old/dirty, the patio was not swept and the furniture not comfortable. The beds and basic function of the condo were great and it was what we needed for a 5 day stay. ”

“We very much enjoyed our trip to Fernandina. Although we were aware of the Shrimp Festival, we did not realize that it started on Thursday evening. After talking with the property management, we decided to change our reservations to go a night earlier. She encouraged us to try to go to some of the festival events and she was not wrong.
