“Our one month stay exceeded our expectations. Only a 5 minute walk past three outdoor pools to get to the expansive beach area. Condo is well maintained with all your everyday needs on hand. Owner easy to contact and ready to satisfy any immediate needs. Grocery/pharmacy within 5 minute drive. New Publix under construction which will outshine present competitor. Restaurants of above average quality also close condo. Complex does require improved lighting in parking lot area. Would not hesitate……

“This top floor (Level 3) apartment has great views over the top of the dunes to the beach and ocean and the balcony really IS as wide as the photos show! Parking is conveniently at the bottom of the stairs (no elevator). The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, and is very comfortable. The patio door on to the balcony is showing it's age and frequent use and is heavy to slide on the rails, but that was the only fault.The beach here is lovely and wide with firm sand which is easy to walk……

“We enjoyed our stay and was a simple drive to the Players Championship. The condo fit our needs perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked and the TV was perfect for March Madness. The reserved parking space was also a great convenience. Beautiful view! Thank you!”

“This condo is all about LOCATION. The cozy, updated condo is located right at a private beach access. It was clean and well appointed. The bedroom with twin beds has comfortable beds and there were extra blankets. There are beach towels provided and we saw some sand toys and boogie boards as well, but had brought ours from home. The pools and hot tubs were very well maintained, as is the entire property. The property was quiet and walkable to mini golf, a few restaurants, and nature areas.……

“We had a great time at this condo. The unit was fully stocked with just about anything you could imagine. They even had kids cups, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. They thought of so many things that I haven’t seen elsewhere. The unit was clean and comfortable, and everyone loved spending some time in the hammock on the porch. The owner met us upon arrival and showed us a few things, and was always quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.”
