“We needed an overnight stay ahead of our flight home and this was the perfect spot. Clear directions for entry, cool, clean, complimentary snacks, and comfortable resting spots. We intended to walk around the beautiful property, but were so comfy inside we just stayed in and watched movies! Bed was wonderfully comfortable and blackout curtains worked great. It had a well stocked kitchen and easy coffee maker, and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extra necessities. Water closet is so great……

“The property and unit is beautiful all that is described. The only issue we had was getting the check in details from the owner. Typically when we rent through VRBO we are sent check in details 3-4 days from check in and we hadn't. We did text, call and even get VRBO involved to try to get this information and didn't receive a reply until the day before check in. Other than that, be patient with the owner as the property is worth it!”

“Our experience here was somewhat spoiled by the holiday weekend. The property was packed and we did not go near the pool. We put the ac on fan all night to help offset conversations right outside our window. Took 30 minutes Sunday to get to historic St Augustine and more crowds. Oh well! But what a beautiful beach for swimming and people watching! We even enjoyed our storm view from couch! The place was very neat and clean and high-functioning, with a comfy bed. Good value!”

“This is the most relaxed I’ve ever been in a vrbo. The ones I’ve stayed in the past only offered the bare minimum. This host went up and beyond. Lots of linens (including beach towels and blankets), everything in the kitchen (even scissors and lighters with spices!), and even lots of cleaning supplies and soaps. Full size washer & dryer which is nice if you have the need to do laundry especially if you have kids.
