“What a lovely place for a beach escape! My husband and I stayed for five nights and found ourselves wishing for a place just like this one, so close to the beach. It was nice sitting outside on the balcony with our morning coffee. Thanks to our hosts for providing plenty of things most other rentals miss, like extra toilet paper and paper towels! There were also plenty of shower towels and beach towels. We did run into one issue with a broken beach chair, but the hosts fixed us up right away.……

“This condo kitchen was very well stocked. The refrigerator ice maker was working with ice avaliable when we arrived. The host provided additional amenities to welcome us and allowed use of their beach cart, beach chairs and boogie boards. They also provided a large basket of beach towels as well as enough dishwasher ”

“The location of this condo simply can't be beat! It is toward the south end of Jax Beach which was quiet and relaxed. The property itself truly is "steps to the beach" unlike the claims at other properties that promise the same but don't deliver. The view from the balcony is extraordinary! You just can't draw it up any better. Everything you need is at the property with restaurants, groceries, and recreational opportunities very, very nearby.
