“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this nice condo which is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony is excellent, and Jax Beach is clean and uncrowded.Our nrecommendations would be to install drapes on the patio doors for light control and ro replace the bed frame in the 1st bedroom, as squeaks every time you move. ”

“Condo was clean. Property nicely landscaped, pools and pool areas clean. Really enjoyed the close proximity of the beach. Could have used a beach umbrella or sun sheild. Parking at the condo was ample. No joke - keep that car tag displayed or you will get towed. Not sure why a gated community employs a towing company, but you dont want to find out the hard way, like we did!”

“We had to bring outer 2 corgis last minute. They were very accommodating. Resort was pet friendly as was the beach. Very calming, easy beach access and to many restaurants. Our apartment was exactly as described. ”

“There were a few things that were very surprising and uncomfortable for us. First was the fact it was the last email that was sent to let me the final payment had been taken, that I noticed we didn’t have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. I’m not good with stairs at all, so I really didn’t come and go as much as I was aware I would have to go up the stairs to get back to our room. 2nd was there was no door on the bathroom in the main bedroom. This made for very uncomfortable for all……
