“My family loved this house. It is only a couple minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars, but it is far enough away from the action to get a good nights sleep. The house is very clean and looks newly renovated, but they thankfully kept the character of the original construction. Most rentals are bland like a hospital room. This house has a charm and warmness that feels much more like home. -lots of new clean towels-new washer/dryer with detergent -comfortable beds with solid pillows……

“Our first vacation in 2 years. Truly incredible house on bay with spectacular dock. Although we enjoyed viewing historic buildings where we could walk to,Sitting in the screened in porch watching the sunrise, sipping coffee and listening to the cathedral bells ring, was above relaxing ”

“This home is extremely charming and very well decorated. It was spacious and comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive to a couple of questions we had for them. They really thought of everything. Even supplies of often forgotten items were provided in the bathroom like toothpaste etc. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Its just a short walk to the fort and St. George Street. We would definitely want to stay again. ”

“Mother and son get away for Mother's Day week. House location is amazing, and the size of house is perfect for 2 (or small family/1 bathroom). We would stay here again! Could not find an outlet in bathroom, older home with outdated electric throughout, smart stove could not figure out (pans there that would not work, had to call owner), outdoor furniture is older, full sun, an umbrella would have been amazing on deck for those that want less sun. These are minor call outs, but the house is……

“Two couples spent a long weekend together and had a fantastic time. This house is conveniently located close to downtown and we also enjoy walking around the Linconville neighborhood. You can walk and you can also ride bikes to the state park and beach. The house was the best stocked house we ever rented which was very gracious of the homeowners. In addition, it was extremely clean. This house is definitely recommended. The best food was at the Raintree restaurant. ”
