“The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. “First impressions of the house were great. The primary bedroom was on the opposite side of the house away from the secondary rooms, so every could have their own spaces to relax.The house was clean and located in a quite part of the neighborhood. We were within a 5 minute walk to the beach or the local restaurants (Aunt Kates and Reefs). It was so easy to take in a sunrise at the beach or sunset from the docks at Aunt Kates restaurant.We would definently stay here again.”
