“It's a nice clean house. Close to the beach.”

“We can't say enough great things about this home. The home is beautiful and nestled a short walk from St. Augustine's historic district. We were impressed with the lovely furnishings. There was plenty of space for our two families and 3 dogs. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We walked with the 4 kids to the historic district and back twice to shop and check out the lights. We stopped to get some hot cocoa and check out the jail along the way. We hope to stay there……

“This property had a smell that took us serval washings to get out of our clothing. It permeated everything we took into the property. They have an obvious problem with moisture even the refrigerator was rusty from moisture. It just felt dirty as a consequence. This property is a great location which is why we booked it but we so regretted staying there. Bathroom/shower very nice and best part of the property however the towels were so thin and poor quality it took several just to get damp dry.……

“This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. We shortened our stay, following the guidelines, days were changed almost……

“This was literally one of the nicest places we have stayed at in Saint Augustine. Mrs. Beatrix was super nice and the communication was top-notch!You literally have everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. From beach toys, cooler box, chairs, beach umbrella, even fun, boogie boards for the kiddos. I’ve never said this, not even about my own house, but I think you probably could eat off the floors, not that I would try, but it was just so clean and smelled so nice. The details that……
