“Amazing place to stay! We we very impressed and will stay there again.”

“Communication prior to check in was fantastic. When we arrived the parking was easy with a lot of room. We entered the house easily and it was amazingly clean. Danny left us a bottle of the local wine (which we are familiar with) and love. The house is within walking distance of all of our favorite restaurants and it’s also within walking distance of the historic part of town and the river. We will definitely stay here anytime we get a chance to visit St. Augustine. ”

“Overall the stay was nice great view and walk to the beach but it was some thing so noticed around the resort that really needs some fixing and updating also in the room as well. The hot was didn’t stay hot long the hot tub was trash. ”

“Note the stairs. Only two buildings have elevators. ”

“We loved our stay. The property is beautiful. Our apartment had it's own private courtyard and back porch for watching the gorgeous sunsets. Everything was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back! ”

“We found the property to be very clean easy to find. The food trucks nearby are only open certain times but we hadn't planned on using them anyway. The property owner responded to our email is very quickly. If you go there on the deck there is a way to set up a table so you can have dinner on the deck. The instructions that we got didn't include that but we figured it out. The facility sleeps three but the third person should be a small child. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend……
