“Very easy check in Couldn't ask for a better location. Few steps from the beach. Everything close by even within walking distance. My family truly enjoyed themselves. Very responsive host. Always got back to me to resolve any situation in a timely manner.I would gladly stay again in any property this host has. Just needed another bathroom for a family of 5”

“The location of this condo simply can't be beat! It is toward the south end of Jax Beach which was quiet and relaxed. The property itself truly is "steps to the beach" unlike the claims at other properties that promise the same but don't deliver. The view from the balcony is extraordinary! You just can't draw it up any better. Everything you need is at the property with restaurants, groceries, and recreational opportunities very, very nearby. “Sand Dollar is by far the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Mike is a great communicator and he and Karyn went above and beyond to provide a gorgeous and relaxing space for our time in St Augustine. The beautiful homemade cookies at check-in were a delicious bonus! The condo was well furnished and comfortable for 4 adults.
