“This charming house was the perfect place to celebrate some milestone birthdays with friends! The colorful decor, little details like trays filled with toiletries that you might’ve forgotten to pack, the accent lighting, and fire pit out back, and the well-stocked kitchen all made for a comfortable stay! “Cute cottage in a great location. Easily walk to historic downtown. The cottage is very comfortable and very clean. We will definitely stay again when in the area. ”

“First, the good stuff:1. Property Managers: During our visit I interacted with all 3 managers, and they were all nice, gracious and very helpful. Top marks!2. Location: Outstanding! It's only a short walk downtown. We rarely used our car to go anywhere.3. Nice supply of K-cups! I enjoyed daily coffee for free. I really appreciated that nice touch.Now the not so good stuff:1. Although it's listed as a nonsmoking rental, the place wreaks of cigarette smoke. After returning home we had to launder……

“This fun little house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed; it was comfortable, cute, cozy and close to places we wanted to go. Larry and Milly were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely chose this house again if we return to the Beach area.”

“Within walking distance to the historic area that we were interested in exploring. This was great as it meant we didn't have to battle traffic to find a parking place, meaning more time to explore the area. The place itself feels larger than it is and larger than it looks in the photos due to the high ceilings. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm coming to Saint Augustine. ”

“The property is absolutely perfect! Great location that is close to all the best Saint Augustine has to offer. Check in instructions were sent well before our stay and getting into the property was easy. Interior was well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!”
