“A very cute cottage with all the amenities you need. Walking distance to all historic sights and various shops and restaurants. Pet friendly is a plus. We rented a golf cart , 2 blocks from the house, since we had my 87 yr old mom with us and toured the historical community. Doggy Drop n Go daycare took care of our fur baby for the day.We will definitely rent this cottage again!”

“My husband and I wanted to explore Jacksonville and it's beaches over a long weekend. We wanted to be central to the city, but have a water view. We found this hidden gem and are so happy we booked it! This is located in a super cool historic community across the river from downtown Jacksonville. The neighborhood is quiet and charming with winding roads and historical homes that face the river. This unit is like an apartment that is part of the larger home. It is exactly as described online. “The unit was a cozy stay just a few blocks away from Jax Beach, and all the restaurants/nightlife spots in the area. My girlfriend and I brought our fur baby, and we all stayed comfortably for the weekend!”

“Needed place to stay for 5 months before out-of-state move. Apartment would require 7 months plus furniture rental. This vrbo was a great alternative, in a quiet safe neighborhood, centrally located...reasonably close to Normandy, Riverside, and just 20 min drive to work (airport). VRBO host a nice guy who immediately took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Would recommend. ”

“This property is the perfect location for access to everything you need food, shopping, and the beaches I have only good things to say, especially the outside backyard area is just so calming and peaceful? the property itself is super private and relaxing. I throughly enjoyed my stay here. There are some things to work on like fixing some of the interior conveniences available. But overall great place for s a single person. I would definitely stay here again! ”
