“The hotel charged me again but we booked through hotels.com which already settled the payment. The location is far from sight seeing area and no amenities provided. The breakfast was amazing though. ”

“It would be better to specify (preferable in written) and inform the guest about the US$25 per day mandatory charge for hotel expenditure. Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.”

“Fantastic location, within the Diplomatic Enclave so extremely safe. The beds are very comfortable, sheets and pillows are virtually new and plush. Bathrooms are super modern and shining. The best part about this place is its staff, forever smiling, helpful, graceful and going out of their way to make your stay both memorable and comfortable... even at 2am in the morning. Highly recommended and will come back to stay again.”

“酒店硬件还是不错的，位置一般，去哪都不远，但也不近。服务一般，到了中午12点到了酒店，下午四点才给开房，中间催了数次。酒店上网要收费，停车收费很贵，要40美元一晚，后来我们冒险停到酒店后面空地上。”

“Expedia VIP showed that there was a bottle of free red wine, but there was no one in the room. When I asked them, they said that there was no more, and we could drink a glass of free red wine at the bar. When I asked them again after going out, they offered us a bottle of red wine they found for me. The hotel staff is very friendly”
