“The hotel service is very good, the hygiene is good, but the air conditioner in the room is loud, and there is also the sound of running water, the shower head cannot be held by hand, it is very old. More importantly, the adjustment function of the shower faucet is not normal, and the water pressure is also low.”

“It would be better to specify (preferable in written) and inform the guest about the US$25 per day mandatory charge for hotel expenditure. Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.”
