“We absolutely loved the apartment. Beautiful and cozy, in the heart of DC. A short walk to the streetcar stop and near cute restaurants. Would recommend it to anyone.”

“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)……

“We loved the convenient location to my daughter’s college. The rental was super clean & cute. There was an issue with the noise from upstairs renters, but when contacted the owner it was addressed. The beds were not comfortable but everything was clean and included what we needed for our stay. The parking was a little tricky, there was 2 off street parking spots on a first come basis, but the two cars that were parked in them never left the entire 5days we were there. “Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. The place was exceptionally clean, up-to-date amenities, which included state of the art appliances. ……
