The apartment was stocked with toiletries, which was a very nice touch. Communication with the host was easy, with very prompt replies to our questions. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This is a beautiful home in a nice little neighborhood right outside of downtown Washington DC. We travelled here for a week long vacation with parents and my teenage sons. The home was clean with plenty of blankets and towels. The cookware was in good condition and good knives and cutting board (this seems to be an issue at many rentals so we were happy to get good quality kitchen items here). The owner was easy to communicate with and readily available to make sure we enjoyed our stay -……

“The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions.”

Clean, nicely decorated, with thoughtful touches like ear plugs, coffee and creamer, fresh towels, blackout curtains...we slept very well. “We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back……
