“We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back……

Cannot say enough good things about our experience :) Apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and Lily was great with communication/questions/area info, etc. We also had zero issues with check in. “This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed……

“Cons: This apartment is very run down, dirty, and moldy. I was uncomfortable staying here for a weeklong work trip to Rosslyn. The listed pictures conveniently do not include the bathroom which was the worst part. The bathroom vanity was full of mold and random items (Paper bag? hand cream?).
