“Stayed for girls night out in Arlington. Accommodated 4 of us comfortably and was so comfortable, cozy, spotlessly clean, and quiet. Communication with host was fast and helpful. One of the best parts was enjoying morning coffee in the picturesque garden/ back patio. A wonderful quiet respite of a stay amongst the fun hustle and bustle of Arlington/DC. Perfect! Will stay again!”

“Great place to stay while visiting the Arlington/DC area. Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 4 adults. House had everything we needed and more. House was very clean and the rental process was seamless. Great experience and highly recommended. ”

“This is a spectacular property in a wonderful location. Beautiful neighborhood and lovely fenced in yard. Close to everything! Great living room couches and tv and fabulous bedrooms with comfortable beds. This home has everything you need and is the perfect place to stay. ”

“Great place to stay, Tara was very responsive. Very cheap and easy Ubers to DC and surrounding areas. Garage was nice to have. It only fits one car, but street parking was available. ”

“We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again.”

“Fabulous spot for a Graduation weekend stay for our family of 4 Grandma! Plenty of space and loved the downstairs pool table for the teenagers. Close to multiple shops and restaurants and a quick/easy drive into DC and Bethesda where we spent our time. Thank you!”

“Convenient location for DC-based excursions. We had plenty of space for our group. Full kitchen was convenient for home-cooked meals. Available parking with dedicated parking spot and additional on-street parking was easy. The hosts were accommodating and responsive. Would be happy to stay here again.”

This home afforded us the opportunity to relax in a comfortable environment, team without interruptions, and have a comfortable, quiet place to sleep.The home was clean and as advertised. “This was a nice, cozy house and a very interesting layout sitting on a hill. Senior citizens may find it difficult to climb the 5 levels including climbing from the street level to get to the house. We loved our stay. We loved the backyard and the private deck. The host provided all the supplies including coffee powder, detergent and some snacks too! Highly recommend this place for friends and family stays. ”

“We were in Arlington to attend a celebration for our grandson. Would rent this home again without question and would recommend anyone to do the same. The location is in a safe neighborhood surrounded by restaurants you can walk to, a CVS, and a 7-Eleven. Another plus was the parking. It is included and right in front of the home. No need to drive around looking for a space. This home also had 3 full bathrooms, which was great for our family. Can’t get a better location than this!”

“The house had all the main necessities, but it needs a little bit of TLC. The carpets in the living and dining areas probably need to be replaced due to stains, and there was some paint peeling in the bathroom. We could have benefited from some dish towels which we found still damp in the dryer on our last day there. Generally it was a cute place in a good location. It was just more expensive than I would have expected given the condition. ”

“We had 5 adults for 5 nights. Two blocks from the Metro station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Grocery store a 10 min walk away. Townhouse was exactly like the pictures. Well-stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee pods. ”
