“Dealing with the owner was super easy. Getting in was a breeze. The house is centrally located, a short ride from just about anywhere in the DC area, off the same road as Arlington Cemetery and the Memorial Bridge into DC itself. The house was clean, quiet and a lovely view of the forest grove. I recommend it.”

“Located on a quiet street, and didn't have any issues finding street parking close by. Close enough to drive to most anywhere or get to a metro station if you would prefer to travel that way. It was big enough for our family of 5 and met our needs for our vacation. All the stairs took some getting use to since every room is on a different level. Check-in and check-out was easy. ”

“This was a wonderful place for our family trip. The house was spotless, well-maintained, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed. Carolyn was highly responsive and professional, always willing to accommodate our needs.Another great advantage of this house is its location—it provided easy access to DC. Additionally, my children had an amazing time at the brand-new playground right in front of the house.”

“The house had plenty of room and was as advertised. It's located in a nice neighborhood convenient to the D.C. attractions. That being said, it's proximity to the highway made it a bit loud. The house is showing signs of wear and could use some upgrades. The towels were just average and we could have used a few more. All the kitchen drawers and cabinets had crumbs, and the pots and pans had food stuck to them. We have food allergies in our family so we had to scrub everything before using.……

“Beautiful home with space for a large group. Clean and in a great location. Host was great and quick with communication as well. Wed definitely stay here again!”

“The place was clean and had what we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and near a bus line. The beds could be a little uncomfortable. And we hoped they had a blender.”

“We were in Arlington to attend a celebration for our grandson. Would rent this home again without question and would recommend anyone to do the same. The location is in a safe neighborhood surrounded by restaurants you can walk to, a CVS, and a 7-Eleven. Another plus was the parking. It is included and right in front of the home. No need to drive around looking for a space. This home also had 3 full bathrooms, which was great for our family. Can’t get a better location than this!”

“We loved staying at Geneva and Peter’s Cottage! We stayed at the cottage for a conference in Washington, DC, and it was a perfect place to stay! The cabin was impeccably clean, and very well stocked with anything that you may need! We had plenty of clean towels and sheets for our stay. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, and the appliances are updated. The cabin is close to parking by the street, and safe with a lock on the door. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and very safe.……
