“We had a lovely stay at this townhouse in Arlington. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. It is very conveniently located to Arlington National Cemetery.The listing says 3 bedrooms and mentions a futon bed; however the 3rd bedroom is really the game room and it was a pull-out couch not a futon. The 2 beds upstairs were really comfortable. If we come back to DC we would happily stay here again.”

“Perfect and HUGE!! house. Had everything we needed for just one night. The place was beautiful with many places to keep the family entertained. Spacious rooms and backyard. Just 5 houses away from a 7-11. I would definitely stay here again, our family is very satisfied with everything. ”

“Great place to stay while visiting the Arlington/DC area. Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 4 adults. House had everything we needed and more. House was very clean and the rental process was seamless. Great experience and highly recommended. ”

“This is a very charming old home in Alexandria. Our stay here was homey and relaxing; the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was sufficient for making a few meals. Easy walk to the Waterfront down Prince Street (although I prefer going down Duke), and about a 15 minute walk to Whole Foods, Old Town, Good Restaurants, etc. This house is situated along Route 1, so there is a lot of traffic which I find to be very pleasant. Beware, that being an historic home, the stairs are narrow and the……

“We took our daughter and her friend to a concert in DC. This location was perfect. Loved that there was a driveway and private back area to relax, though it was far too hot to enjoy it. The back area could use some TLC, but since it was too hot to really spend much time back there, it didn't impact us. The home pretty much had everything you need. We were able to walk to the metro. Record highs and the a/c worked excellent! We will stay here again!”

“We had a great stay here! Great location for catching the metro and within walking distance to Old Alexandria. There are many extra amenities at this townhome like, laundry soap, dishwashing pods, plenty of coffee pods to get you started, sound machines, ear plugs, shampoo and reloadable Metro cards to use. The train and metro noise didn't bother us at all. Caryn was a great host. We would definitely stay here again. ”

Unfaithful staff

"I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
