“I had a wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. “I would definitely stay here again. The location and price was perfect. My only small issue I had was the housekeeping staff knocking on my door at 9 am asking if we were ready for check out (check-out is “before noon”). "I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience with her."
