“This unit is exactly how it was described. Quaint! The space was clean, the street was quiet, and it was very easy to communicate with the property owner. I would definitely rent this space again when coming back to visit ”

“House has a nice layout, and cool temp despite very hot days. Parked 2 cars in back & walked everywhere. Stocked with coffee and cream, but also a nice coffee/breakfast shop right down the street. Great value & very comfortable for our group of 5 adults.”

“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

“The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. (There was a bus stop right by the apartment but we just walked.) We could hear the first day care kids arrive in the morning and thought it……

“We thought this was a great VRBO. Our organization was in town for an event for over a week and we found it easy to get in and out of DC from this location. The VRBO itself was clean and had most of what we needed available when we arrived.”

“Overall the place was clean and easy to settle in to. The two things that I have to recommend if I had to would be a couple more throw size blankets. With the group I was in, it was a bit difficult to regulate the temp of the house and make everyone comfortable. The second would be to change the wall mount for the living room tv to one that swivels - that way movie nights are a bit more comfy (we got rained out one day and made this discovery). Thank you again!”

Convenient location for sightseeing and a great place to come back to at the end of the day. We often enjoyed the outdoor garden space. The host is very responsive to any questions.
