“The location is very close to the downtown just around 10 minutes drive. The owner is nice to communicate and able to fix issues quickly. The only issue was much noise from upstairs guests at the first midnight and owner helped resolved the issue quickly.”

“I arrived to Washington DC after a cancelled flight, the host was so accommodative to ease the check-in procedure. Also the unit was spacious for the three of us and all what we needed was in the unit including air filter, iron board and extra mattress. The unit was clean but we wished that the balcony was more tidy and clean. The host was available even in last moment to help with the door lock.”

“Excellent location with an easy walk to metro. Accommodations were top notch and the security desk was very helpful. We arrived late (11p) and had no issues checking info in; also a dedicated and secure parking space was ideal for us. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.The only recommendation is to provide a pitcher for water, maybe an ice tray and some tumblers.”

“Great place to stay for seeing all the sites around the national mall. Dedicated, secure, garaged parking space was a big reason we chose this location. Condo was spacious, quiet and clean. Less than 5 min walk to subway. DC subway was nice and a quick, affordable way to zip around to all the different attractions. Highly recommend this and will definitely stay again if we return to DC.”

“Great place for our family of 6 (2 adults 4 kids) to stay for our family trip to DC. We didn’t have a car on this trip. The metro is an easy 10 min walk. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We did take an uber back from Whole Foods with food so we didn’t have to carry it.
