The neighborhood was quiet, safe, friendly and close enough to walk to several restaurants in minutes. Communication with the property management team was easy. Any question I had was replied to in minutes and they happily met a request we made……

“The apartment was just as listed, clean, everything I needed, great location. Only trouble we had was with the garage. No one explained how to get into the building from the garage. It would be helpful to have better signage directing to exits as it's easy to get turned around.”

“This place is a diamond in the ruff. It is located on Pacific and 24th which is very close to the Boardwalk and Walgreens is just across the street. Bring your own plates, forks, shampoo, etc. towels are provided. Security is active from evening to morning. So you can rest easy even being close to the beach crowd. I’d definitely stay there again!”

The check-in process is very easy, so easy I was confused because I thought it would take more to do it. Like all VRBO, I would recommend bringing extra towels and tide pods. The space was clean. Parking was easy. It is hot and humid in a beach town, so the HVAC is what it is. Turn it on when you get there and it will catch up by night time. ”
