“This property was exactly as listed and was excellent for our 3 night stay. Another couple of nights would have been perfect, but our schedule didn’t permit that. There were 6 of us - 1 kid, 2 teens, 2 parents, and 1 grandparent. The set up was great for our size group. The beach supplies were ample and the pools were fun - we only brought our beach towels and sunscreen from home. We would absolutely stay here again! Beach and bay views and easy walk to the beach.One tip - Don’t bother taking……

“Great location, beach walkable. Property is pretty nice for its size. The Cape Henry suite has everything you need, we enjoyed the balcony. Good pastries for breakfast on the weekends. Only cons are traffic can be noisy and the door downstairs can shake the whole building.”

“If you don’t mind walking, you can get to the beach all by sidewalk. The amenities were sufficient for my family and the room was clean ready to go when we arrived. Make sure you wash off at the beach tho at one of the public wash areas because the property doesn’t have a wash area before you go inside. ”

“The room provided sufficient accommodations. I do think my family left the place cleaner than we found it. Kitchen items were unorganized and unclean. We took beach items out of the closet and cleaned them because they were covered in sand. There are stains on the cushions on chairs and couch. Carpets had fuzz balls. Closets are jumbled with clutter. My mom found dirty sponges under the sink. There was nothing new or clean to wash items in the kitchen sink. We could not find wash cloths or……

“The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and the bedrooms are roomy. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen but is fully stocked with anything you may need for pots, pans, dishes, etc. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards for use in the front closet. While we were there they had a festival on the beach so we did not have direct access to the beach until later in the week. This wasn’t a big deal, we just walked down a block and shared the beach with the surfers. Plus……
